Flock is een nieuwe browser die volgens de makers groot gaat worden met Web 2.0 toepassingen. De bedoeling van de makers is om het schrijven,beheren, delen en het tonen van content sneller en makkelijker te maken. Ook heeft Flock een eigen service voor social bookmarking en kunnen er extra extensies geintegreerd worden net zoals bij Firefox.
